Age of Consent
By placing an order at www.dannisnovelties.com.au, you declare that you are of the appropriate legal age to purchase the items. If we discover that you are not legally entitled to order certain goods, we will not be obliged to complete the order.
All orders made by you through the www.dannisnovelties.com.au website are subject to acceptance and availability. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason.
Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice (although we will inform you if any such price change affects your order).
For the avoidance of doubt, no contract will exist between you and Dannis Novelties for the sale by Dannis Novelties to you of any product unless and until Dannis Novelties sends you an e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
To cancel a contract in accordance with your legal right to do so, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel, fees may apply if the items ordered are intransit.
Postage fee may also apply.
Any material found within the pages of Danni's Novelties including text or images may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial use. You hereby agree not to adapt, alter or create any derivative work from any of the material contained in this site. In addition, the material cannot be used for any other purpose other than for your own personal and non-commercial use.
Danni's Novelties provides the www.dannisnovelties.com.au website 'as is' and does not warrant that the functions contained in the material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials.
In addition, Danni's Novelties makes no (and disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express of implied, with respect to the Danni's Novelties or the information or content included in this site.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods and their fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality.

In connection with the use of the www.dannisnovelties.com.au website (including any orders of products), in no event will www.dannisnovelties.com.au be liable:
for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made
for losses that were not caused by any breach on the part of the supplier
for business losses and/or losses to non consumers
We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(c) any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession);
(d) any breach of the terms implied by section 13 to 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples; and
(e) defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party, such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue within this site.
From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged.
Terms and Conditions - Sale Sale is available on selected items only online for a limited time. Sale items will vary. We do not lay by on sale items. Customer specials and transfers are not available at this time. We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind on sale items that have been permanently reduced. Where items are faulty, have been wrongly described or do not do what they are supposed to, you are welcome to choose between a refund, exchange or credit note.
Any emails that contain any abusive language will be ignored. There is no need to send emails with language that is regarded as uncalled for. We have the right under the Australian retail law to refuse service to customers who are abusive or showing signs of aggression.
Many labels we carry in lingerie such as Dream Girl, Bacci, Icollection, Oh La La Cherrie can run out and some items may be on back order. Please to allow a extra 14 - 21 working days for the delivery of these items.
Cancelling Order & Fee:
Orders made then cancelled by the customer they will be charged $5.50 per order made and taken from the refund.
Incorrect Delivery Details:
Customers who give incorrect delivery details when ordering from this business will need to pay the cost of postage that was charged to the business when the order was posted.
The customer also needs to pay for return shipping, of $10 plus $3.80 signature on delivery.
Details entered on check out are the customer’s reasonability and they are liable for any mistakes made when going through check out.
If the customer refuses to pay the for the re-delivery fee the items will not be returned and the order cancelled.
The fee of $5.50 to cancel the order will also be applied.
Due to some high demands of stock items we ask customers to allow up to weeks for delivery.
For important items please give us at least two weeks’ notice due shipments times that we cannot control.
Many items some stocks may run out if this occurs a credit of the amount will be applied to your account. We do not offer refunds for this and orders will not be cancelled if so the fee of $5.50 will be applied see below for details.
To avoid disappointment please contact us prior to ordering to ensure all the stocks you would like are available in store or on hand in the US.
We suggest if you cannot wait up to four weeks do not order from this website and there will be canceling fees please see below.
Orders made then cancelled will be charged $5.50 - this fee is to cover the loss in sale and the money will be taken from the refund.
All orders are processed daily Monday to Friday and shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed from our US warehouse if stocks are available.
Customers will receive an email saying "awaiting shipment" when your order is fulfilled. Once your order has been sent it will show shipped then completed.
All orders made over a weekend will be processed on the following Monday if the Monday falls on a public holiday items will be processed the following business day.
Within Australia we use Australia Post, your signature is required upon delivery of your merchandise if you refuse the signature open and confirm this in writing your order will be cancelled by the business and moneys returned. Not having the signature is not an option with this business.
It is a good idea therefore to make your delivery address one that you know will find you to receive and sign for your delivery.
If you are not there to sign for your delivery, the driver will leave a card you will need to go to Australia Post and collect the items
We do not ship to PO Box addresses if you create an order and the address is PO Box we will contact you and within 24 hours you must supply a physical address if you don’t the order will be cancelled.
If an order is placed with an incorrect or non-existent address and is despatched, the customer will be charged any additional shipping fees related to undeliverable, returned, or redirected items.
If you require an order you will need to pay for the order first then once we have the cost of postage to send to your location you will need to pay it before items are dispatched.
Your signature is required upon delivery of your merchandise.
You should make sure that you make the delivery address one where someone is able to be present to sign for the delivery.
Please note that our shipper does not make calls to advise of delivery.
If you choose this option you are in effect assuming responsibility for the delivery of your purchase.
Out Of Stock & Store Credits
Items out of stock can happen time to time. When the staff notices stock out has ran out we notify the customer within the 24 hours.
We don’t offer refunds on items out of stock, we offer a store credit. We believe this is more efficient for the customer.
An email & message will be sent to the customer telling them this has occurred. The customers then can go and purchase something to the same value of the items out of stock.
